Texas Gov./GOP presidential hopeful Rick Perry is holding a prayer and fasting festival in early August at Houston’s Reliant Stadium. He will be joined, apparently, by the founder of a “Christian Military Training Camp for the purpose of dealing with the occult and territorial enemy strong holds in America.”
